At Outcast, we want you to feel bold and confident in your fit; if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating your return label.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
